Louisville's home-care landscape sits in the Ohio River Valley and overlaps materially with Southern Indiana. Kentucky's Medicaid program covers in-home personal care under several pathways, including the Home and Community-Based (HCB) waiver, the Acquired Brain Injury waiver, and the Michelle P. waiver.
